Part 1: Monochrome Palette Wedding Inspiration
MENU

During Covid lockdown in March, many of us wedding vendors were twiddling our thumbs waiting for restrictions to lift, itching to have our creative ideas scratched and getting energetic with new plans for the future of weddings. So when I was kindly asked to photograph the new Ceremony and Reception styling options by Made to Match Events at The Old Dairy, Maleny I couldn’t say no!

This post is Part 1 of  3 delicious, swoon worthy Ceremony and Reception styling ideas which go above and beyond current trends to show you how you can bring a little bit of style, sophistication, colour and unique mood to your wedding. The brain child for this was Anna from Made to Match Events. I love Anna’s work as she constantly is creating such different looks to her wedding styling. Anna teamed up with the incredible Chonnie from The Orange Blossom to bring the floral extravaganza to the shoot. No money, time or energy is ever wasted working with these two ladies and it showed with the incredible result of this Monochrome look.

The Hire Department and Style Le Aisle were spot on with their styling, whilst The Supper Club added its touch of elegance with beautiful tableware and glasses.

The great thing about setting up a plan for your wedding colour palette and styling early, is you can also have your stationery set the mood long before the day. September Creative did exactly that providing perfectly matching invitations, menus and signage to the overall look.

The beautiful nature of this Monochrome Black and White look for your wedding exudes sophistication and style whilst bringing a contemporary yet timeless look to your wedding. The ceremony features of aisle stands with beautiful floral arrangements of dahlia and dried florals is transportable to your reception. With the striking backdrop of The Old Dairy’s view of Maleny, the black and white palette stands out against the lucious green rolling hills.

The tables at the reception are simply styled to keep the elegant look with white single stem roses in each vase. Using the black cutlery from The Supper Club to compliment the roses, this keeps the overall theme on point.

Overall this is a gorgeous look for a elegant sophisticated wedding and I hope this provides some different ideas for your wedding plans!
