A Country hall wedding

A Country hall wedding

When I first met Emily and Andrew I instantly got the impression that their country hall wedding plans were relaxed, intimate and easy. They were after photography that captured the surroundings of the pavillion at Hall Showgrounds, NSW whilst not being too intrusive or posed. At this point I knew that I would fit in perfectly with their approach and was very excited to see the day unfold. The first thing that was unique to their day is Emily and Andrew decided to tell each other their personal vows away from the ceremony, by themselves before guests saw them. I was invited along to this part, but was very keen to keep my distance so I didn’t hear what was being said, but just witnessed this beautiful private moment between the two. My second favourite part was them including their gorgeous dog child in the festivities, from being a ring barer to posing for photos – this pooch certainly had the right moves.

The reception was styled by Emily inside the pavillion and whilst the guests were entertained from The ANU School of Music, Mr Papa catering served up a scrumptious feast of the best Peruvian cocktail food. The afternoon followed by games outside under the shade of old gums and a portrait session at sunset.
